I have been AWOL from Atkins for about 2 years. Needless to say, the only change I have had is up! I was looking for these boards the night before last but since I had a computer crash and lost my links, I couldn't remember the exact link and couldn't find it. So I gave up and thought "Oh, well. Maybe I will try later"
This morning by circumstance of being busy, I only grabbed a water and some cheese for breakfast, planning on having cereal or doughnuts later. When I checked my email...there was a private message from someone I knew when I was on here before.
Guess now is the time.
Hello, my name is Amy. i live in Montana with my 3 kids and hubby of 16 years. I work for Girl Scouts and get to play at camp every summer.
I was never more than 5-10# over growing up (but thought I was much more). After my kids I let myself indulge in emotional eating to battle baby blues and just kept the habit after that. I am now 290# at 5'6". I turned 36 today.
Can't wait to join the journey witth you all!
