Heavy cream that people talk about, is that what I see in my grocery store as "coffee cream" or is it "whipping cream" ?

It would be the "whipping cream". Mine right now is 33%, but I think I had one once that was 45%. I haven't been able to find it again though.Highest weight when I found Atkins in 2002: 225

Grocery stores sell two kinds of cream next to the half and half: heavy cream, and whipping cream.
One usually costs more than the other.
The big secret? THEY ARE THE SAME @&$(@#%)(* STUFF!
(sheesh)
Get either one. Do NOT get half and half, or coffee creamer.
