It's 11 a.m. here, and I've done my second day of "Couch to 5k" and 200 ab crunches.
I've drunk 33 oz of water (I can really only do about 80 per day).
I'm thinking about doing a yoga videosize later today, because I feel the need to s-t-r-e-t-c-h and enjoy this slimming body of mine!
