    Ok...i'm back!

    Day 2 of induction and i have major ketosis already. Dropped 5 lbs already too. I have been lazy lazy lazy.

    Drinking....eating...you get the picture.

    I got up to 200lbs and i was just feeling horrible. Scary to think i was at 160 a little over a year ago. I'm commited fully now. I cant stand the way i look and i cant wait to go on the weight loss journey with all of ya'll again.

    Not to mention how much fun it is to share it with each and everyone of you.

    Not sure if any of you STAC's remember me....but i was a regular on the boards for a while until i broke my leg last summer (july 27th 2006) to be exact.

    Anyways...Hello to all of ya'll! Look forward to chatting with all of yoU!

      Hi !

      I am back too ! around the same weight with the same goals as you. When I was on atkins before I used to look at your posts and pics and they gave me inspiration ! good luck ! You did it before you can do it again. I just wish I knew why we let ourselves go back to our old ways when we feel so good?

                  Hello.. I have been stick to this program! I know it works I have done it before. I am 162, my goal weight is 120, I have been as low as 147. I know I can do this and with the suport of all you lovely people I will do this. I am stating at my next meal! Lunch I am having a salad with italian dressing and a steak tip. Dinner chicken breast and a veggie! Help me with this I know I can do it!
