Ok, y'all. I may be the only person posting my exercise on the stac board, but that won't stop me! Neener, neener to y'all!
I just finished a mile of jog/walk a la Couch to 5k. This is my first week and I'm loving the fact that I can get a mile in and not feel like I'm gonna die.
I'm on my first 34 oz of water. Going to go run some errands, including to the gym to renew my membership - woo hoo!
I'll post later after I do my ab crunches. And drink more water.
