    I'm back----again

Technically this is my third time around.

I just finished my first week back on induction an lost a jaw dropping 16 pounds. I'm always stunned at how much weight can be lost in the first two weeks.

Anywho, I just wanted to share with you guys. I hope you are all having a wonderful day!

Thanks so much. I was a little stunned when I got on that scale. I never expected a number like that. I just wish the rest could be that easy to come off. lol

Thanks. It seems odd to be losing that much weight AND eating really well at the same time.

The funny thing is that this time around was almost painless. I had a few twangs but I put them out with water.

I've never peed so much in my life before either--lol. Not even when I've been pregnant!

Congratulations! You know you can get through induction with flying colors. To me the real trick is to keep going. There is something about having the newness wear off - and the enthusiasm fades. Remember to white knuckle it through those times. It just isn't worth ruining what you have accomplished so far. Re: I'm back----again

Thanks! I hear ya Tack Candy. I'm taking it 1 mini goal at a time. Right now I'm just looking to get to my weigh in next Tuesday. I'm shooting for a modest goal of 3 pounds. That will bring me to 20 pounds lost. Anything more than that is pudding in the cake.

After that I'll break things down into 10 pound goals. I'm pretty good at rolling along once I get started. It's the start that is the toughest part for me.
