I'm back again. This will be the third try for me. I know it works, I know I can do it, I just have to stop trying to convince myself that one little cheat wont hurt. So all I need to do is get my lazy butt to the grocery store this evening and I'm ready to start induction tomorrow morning. Anybody restarting tomorrow as well?

Thanks for asking Apple, it's actually going quite well. I was disappointed last night when Fitday said I went over in my carbs by 12, but it was all good as the scale still moved this morning. I'm sure it's just water weight, but I'll take anything I can get at this point, I'm the heaviest I have EVER been. I don't know if it's possible but I'm already getting a hint of induction flu just 24 hours in, so hopefully I'll be in full ketosis in the next 24 hours or so.

Welcome back. And you KNOW you'll make it. You WILL. I "came back" a dozen times before I actually STAYED. Now it's been five weeks and 15 pounds. I've lost my cravings for sweets, pastas and a lot of other high carb stuff I really don't need to live and be happy.

I've joined a gym now and I'm sooo stoked about melting away. You WILL reach that point again, just like you did before. I'm sending wonderful strong "I CAN DO IT" vibes your way!
Keep coming back to this and you will find the stregth and support you need. I guarantee!

And DRINK DRINK DRINK YOU WATER!!!!!
              Drink more water!
