you know, i've only been here a few days and you really are an inspiration! i leave this forum up on my computer all day long incase i have a minute to read the threads for motivation. you always know what to say to people and you always have great advice! not to mention that you look awesome! i just wanted to let you know that u're an inspiration to me! thanks!!

Thanks everyone....STAC is my first love. It's where I came when I first found this board...and boy did I NOT know how to work on a message board...This is home....my second time around really was like my 4th time...but I was bound and determinded to make it happen for myself after being away from Atkins for 3 yrs...and oh so heavy and miserable! I came here first thing every morning and wrote out my simple statements that I was going to live by....Lifestyle and I'm gonna be here in a year....
When you set your mind to that, it releases the weight to come off...Because I was building a new way of living, not another diet! I had a hard time of it, as far as getting use to the whole thing...Weight came and went, stalled a tiny bit here and Silly girl would tell me, "it'll come off Jess I promise"...and it did...My peers made it fun, Adena and Julirama....and they too are still here...We've done it, made it a year! I really look forward to all sorts of new fun in STAC!
