Hey guys..
Not sure if you remember me. About 2 months ago I would write everyday because I was leaving my job in CT to work at MTV in NYC and I was stoked to be on ATkins and be walking alot in the city - that alone would help me lose weight faster in addition to my regular dance/workout regimen ...
The name's Michelle.
And...I'M BACK. So the job has been great but I stopped writing because I was completely wraped up in my new job and meeting new friends and I was also looking for a new place to live and now I'm all settled in!!
Of course, along the way - I got frustrated at many things here and there (boyfriend troubles, landlord troubles, money troubles) - the list goes on and I OF COURSE...confided in...what? FOOD. You know, cold stone, pizza...all the bad stuff.
Good news is I've been active and decided I have so much more potential and so tonight we are getting pizza (as a last goodbye) but we went grocery shopping and I have Shiela's recipe book so I'm starting fresh...My goal is take ONE MONTH at a time...right? If I FAIL...I'd like to start back on that second vs. putting it off another month. I mean I don't want to make it OKAY to fall off the wagon but realistically IF it happens, I need to whip back into shape that instant...yes?
ok...so I've been running on the boardwalk in the mornings and I've been dancing and I walk a ton being in the city so I'm hoping to get my self confidence back.

I was in my own bubble learning the new job and finding a new place to live...hehe
