Ok, I made it through induction with only a minor cheat and that was the Dream Fields Pasta. Thankfully I was not craving it and only ate about 1/2 c. I did test for Ketones that night and they didn't register but the following night they did.
So I am thinking do I need to do another week of induction because of the pasta. It did not cause any cravings and the first rung is Vegi's- so I think that they are pretty harmless.
I have been having some stomach problems and I think it because I am not eating enough. I think possibly that if I have to focus on the vegi's I may get my appetite back and eat more often. So I am really leaning on going to OWL tomorrow.
What do you think? Any input is greately appreciated.
