A Bright Good Morning, fellow STACers!
I'm feeling pretty darn good this morning, if you take away the fact that I wish I was still in bed.
I worked out at the gym again last night. That's seven straight sessions without falter. I made it past one week and focused on the second. Now that I completed week 2, my target is one month. After that, I'll continue to set goals for each week and harder goals for each month. Right now, goal one...finish this week. Goal two...finish this month (which this month is all the same week! LOL).
My scale is finally coming down again after going up-down-up-down-up-same-same-same for the past two weeks. But I added 10 pounds to two exercises and added leg lifts for the tummy...and I DID IT!
I sure was tired last night, but what a satisfying, fulfulling tired it was! Like I'd accomplished something! And that just makes me want to do it all over again Wednesday. Because the feeling of accomplishment is soooooo wonderful.
Focus on that today. What you are accomplishing. Make it through just today, then go to bed thinking back on what you did positive for yourself today. Look back and feel gratification in what you ACCOMPLISHED!!!!!

.......... I hate waking up that way! Maybe a nice walk and some water will help!
......... Especially about the garage door thingy ........ Lordy girl you'll probably burn calories just worrying about his response! ( waiting to feel the quakes here in Vt )
