    Good afternoon all -- yes, I am a late poster

    Have had a very productive day so far, so I am feeling GREAT - got many things done......cleaned out several drawers and even found my lost pedometer, homeschooled our son, did some laundry and ate healthy.

    I continue to be amazed and can't believe I had forgotten how good I feel when I eat this way of life. I have energy, motivation and just in general am very content. AMAZING coming from a ex-carboholic.

    Wishing everyone a GREAT afternoon and evening - wonderful to read the posts and see what everyone has going on and how they feel.

    Jess - my husband doesn't mind the change but some things he doesn't even notice. But I am hoping that a clean garage would not be one that he didn't notice - I am sure I would let him know LOL Good luck with how it goes, I agree he should be very happy you didn't ask him to help!!

      Evening STACers.

      It's been a quiet day around here. Hubby took the day off and we are headed to BJ's in a bit to buy snacks for the kids school.

      Today is my official weigh in day and I dropped two pounds today and am planning to move onto OWL--rung one.

        Hi, checked in late today... whirlwind of party for my quilt buddy's here today! All went well, minus spilling juice all over the kitchen floor! had a really fun day, with lots of good food. Always worry there won't be enough so I end up making too much! lol!
        had roast, potatoes, carrots and salad... with a bunch of other stuff for lunch, breakfast: made an awesome egg dish... everyone wanted the recipe but I made it up as I went... onion, mushroom spinach, turkey ham, eggs cottage cheese, sprinkled parmisan (just a little) with mazzarella and cheddar cheese... cooked about an hour at 350... sooo good! and there's leftovers so I can have it again in the morning! So tired now gonna hit the hay early and get up early again to do my C25k. Today was an exersize rest day... now I'm exhausted! hot bath here i come!
