  • Trying Yet Again

    Hi everyone.
Well I am new to this website. I tried Atkins before and lost 65 lbs in 4 months last year and was able to maintain that weight for about 6 months. Then I started back on the sodas and candy bars and gained 40 of it back. So I am trying Atkins again. I have finished my first week but do not really see the difference. I am finding it a LOT harder this time so I thought I would try this website this time to help me because after browsing it everyone seems so enthusiastic and helpful.
Just wanted to send out my first thread to introduce myself and tell everyone to keep up the hard work.

Well, you're in the right place now, so pull up a chair and have a seat.

You can't sit for TOO long, because you have to go get some exercise, of course, but how about you tell us what is harder this time? Staying with the legal foods, or scale changes, or what?

And how did you make it work last time? What kind of workout did you do, and meal-planning?

                I survived a two-month stall!
