Re: Wed 8/29 Roll Call
Hello, Everyone
Yikes, I'm in a mood today.
I'm hoping that it's because TOM is on his way... I used to be as regular as clockwork, but the last 2 years have really changed. It stays away for a couple of months, then comes and won't go away... I never know when I am "due" anymore. Usually the most telling sign is that I become a little, shall we say, bitchy.
And I have been.
Sheepie and Lynsey, congrats on the losses! That always helps my mood.
Michelle and Kathy, I'm keeping fingers crossed for both of you to make goal for the LDC.
I have a feeling that both of you will make it... I really hope so because you have worked hard. The scale can be so damned frustrating!
Evermind, sounds like you have this way of life down pat. Nice!
Patience... got to keep this in mind, myself. I'm usually good about it, but I'm letting my crabbiness today mess with my head. One good thing - I was sitting here earlier "stewing" in my misery and was dreading exercising and considering skipping it. I finally got off of my butt and biked for 10 miles outdoors. Glad I did. Kathy, I'm with you - I don't care much for exercise yet. I'm always glad I did it after it is over, but I've got to make myself do it. Hopefully that will get better when it's not 100 degrees outside anymore. Come on, Autumn!
Have a fine Atkins day, All!
