    Hi All.. Yes it is me again. Now that the doctor has told me I have to do something about my fat ***. I am going to do something and stick to it.

    This is what I would like to do...

    Current Weight

          Well, me too <big sigh>. I'm up 10 more lbs from when I re.re.re.started the last time in February.

          I don't know what my problem is with the carbs, but they have to go! Back to induction for me.............

            Good luck with your rererererestarts. You guys might like to start up a journal stats page? If you don't already have one in here it might help you to keep organized and stay accountable.

                Me, too. Me, too. I started a journal a couple of days ago. What a help that is! Really, I feel like I can write any and everything there without clogging up the boards.

                I am actually starting tomorrow. My commitment is for the month of September. A clean induction (fourteen days) and then move into the second phase or continue with induction through the month. My further commitment is to get my exercise in four times a week (already mostly doing that) and get my water in! Finally, I will faithfully check into the boards here.

                1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                what the rungs mean to me:
                rung 1 - more veggies
                rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                rung 4 - berries, melon
                rung 5 - wine -
                rung 6 - beans, hummus
                rung 7 - other fruits
                rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                (on to pre-maintenance)

                      Day one for me. It is a huge deal for me because I have been away from this wol for many months. I reached goal with this woe once before and I am about to do it again!!

                          I'm re re re starting for the 3rd time. I plan on sticking to it this time, also I plan on making my other half join on atkins with me so he will be more preoccupied doing his own atkins thing instead of trying to tempt me with food!

                            How is everybody doing today?! Day two for me and still feeling pretty good. I had a little mess up with blue cheese and didn't realize that it was not induction friendly. I am not too bothered, as I really just had some on top of my steak. Not too much at all, really!

                              I am definitely re-re-re starting. This is probably my 4th restart in a year. I don't know where my willpower went - I was cheat-free for almost 2 years.

                              The sad news is that I've gained back about 30 lbs of the 55lbs I lost. And the buck has to stop here. I look at photos of myself at my lowest weight and wonder how I ever let myself stray from that. I know a big part of it was that even at 135lbs I felt gigantic and didn't see my little self in the mirror - my brain had not caught up to my body size at all. But now I definitely see it... silly me.

                              So back on the bandwagon beginning Tuesday. My fridge is stocked and I'm ready to go. And I hope to be at goal by Christmas. We'll see.
