The best and easiest way to do this is to starve that sweet tooth out. I know that's not what you asked or what you were looking for, but it's true. Feeding a sweet tooth doesn't kill it...it perpetuates it!

That said, if you make your own gelatin, you can make it induction legal - assuming you count it towards your sweetener allottment for the day.

Sugar free jello and the like are sweetened with aspartame and that's a

You can buy unflavored gelatin in the baking isle of the grocery store and sweeten it with extracts and splenda or sugar-free syrups.

Again though, I'd really encourage you to feed your body and not your sweet tooth! I promise you the rewards are great and the self satisfaction that comes with knowing you conquered part of what landed you here to begin with and are learning new eating habits is well worth it!!

        I wish you success.

Re: What about sugar free jello

AFTER I finished my 2 week induction I started having sugar free jello in the evenings with no problem. I've heard so many times that your sweet tooth will be gone when you're finished with induction. Well, mine was just getting started! I can't make my own jello because I'm allergic to splenda (headaches, cramps) but aspertame doesn't effect me. Anyway, I've been on induction for about 6 weeks (lost 25 pounds) but for the last couple of weeks I've had a sugar craving from the time I wake up until I go to bed. I tried to ignore it for about a week but when it didn't go away, I decided to feed it with jello. Of course, apperantly, not everyone can tolerate jello. You have to know your own body.

I think I've answered this same question from you on three different threads so far.

You can buy sugar-free jello already made in your dairy aisle.

You can buy it in boxes and make your own.

            Either way is fine.
