I know now the water was what I was always missing before. I would never keep track of it like I did the food. This time I have watched it much closer. When I feel hungry I drink water first, then eat if I still feel like it. I make sure to drink between 80 and 100 oz every day. I don't get nearly as drained all the time. I tried to drink a diet rite the other day, but it was too much sweet, and put the rest away. I get to start going to the gym again, since my son starts school tom. And I will have time to go between when I get out of work and he gets off the bus. So I get to go everyday
. I haven't actually started working out, but I am moving constantly at work, and put away 2 trucks a week. I really think this site was something I was missing too. I can't wait to get home and see how everyone has been everyday.
