  • A sugarholic

    Hi all,
I am restarting induction once again after loosing 80 lbs 2003-04.

I am looking for induction friendly snacks. I have been legal since sept 1, but its getting hard. Any ideas?

I love olives. I used to be able to eat eggs so I'd always have a dozen hard boiled in the fridge. Those are great in a pinch.

I really try to keep things low key during induction and stay away from excess splenda or anything sweet.

I love devilled eggs as a snack. I always have at least 4 or 5 already made up in the fridge. If I get sweet cravings (which seems to be more then I'm told I'm suppose to) I eat something high in fat. Couple slices of advocado, piece of cheese, something with mayo. L-Glutamine is also a great suppliment for cravings.
