I have been strugling with my weight for the last 6 years. I keep starting and stopping atkins. The last straw for me this time around was when I went to buy something to wear for a family reunion. Holy S@*#, I have gone from a sz 14 to 16 in a matter of 1 month!!! Can we say..overeating?! Well, needless to say, we were also at the lake with some friends this weekend with everybody partying. I wanted a drink so bad, but because I did not want to go out onto the water the next morning with a hangover, I would not let myself even have a sip. I watched eveyone party and have a great time...while I had a great time sulber. My point is.....If I can stinkin have self control over drinking (which I love to do)...I DANG SURE CAN HAVE SELF CONTROL OVER THE FOODS I EAT!!!! Today, I will take control over my life.
