I posted my pics. Highest weight vs. now. I'm glad I did it tho. It really made me face what I actually look like vs. what I think I look like. So much more inspiration to keep up the exercise part of this lifestyle. Last time I didn't. I really want to make it to goal, and I plan on 5-6 days a week at the gym. I feel such a strong sense of health, determination, and self-disipline right now. I never would have been able to post those before now.

I was very loosey-goosey with exercise the last two times around, and this time I'm very focussed on it. I think you're right, that it is a key to this woe.
