I don't know why I continue to sabotage myself, but this is my starting over pledge yet again.
I feel like every time I get to that 155lbs. mark (my "skinny" weight in HS) that I stop staying on track. This board is so inspirational and so helpful and I swear it's the worst that the hours of the day when I crave the most (and give in) are the hours I can't get to the board.
So!!! Tomorrow, being my official DAY ONE back on Atkins (doing it by the book this time) I'm going to write ADBB STAC on my hand (and I'll be taking pictures to show you guys) so I remind myself to stay on track and report back to you guys at 9pm tomorrow... (the only time my net works)
