Sad to say that I fell off and although tried again, I was not successful and really let myself go. I have to do it this time! Down 3 pounds. Off to the supermarket to stock up the right things.

Thanks. Got turkey, chicken, shrimp, cheese, romaine, string beans, olives, cucumbers, spinach, asparagus, low carb salad dressing, etc. I'm psyched to get back into the routine and hopefully be a lot lighter in a few months. This board really helped me the first time and I will be sure to remember that I need the support.
