  • What is for dinner?

    DH is making burrito's for dinner, so I will have a taco salad. Yummy! Last night, I had some marinara sauce (homemade, induction friendly) and some zuccini. Used up all of my veggies in one meal.


    149.8/no weigh/ 119



    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
    what the rungs mean to me:
    rung 1 - more veggies
    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
    rung 4 - berries, melon
    rung 5 - wine -
    rung 6 - beans, hummus
    rung 7 - other fruits
    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
    (on to pre-maintenance)

      Grilled chicken (currently marinating in sugar free Italian balsamic vinegarette). Looking for recipe for cabbage. Want to try something new.

        I made a wonderful spinach salad with a little diced pepper, cheese, and salad shrimp. with ranch dressing.

          Meatballs stroganoff, broiled zuchini with garlic and parmesan cheese, and a small salad.

            Meatball stroganoff? Yum! Is that from Linda's web-site? Sounds great. Also marinating with the vinagrette and pork steak. Getting hungry already!

              Just had a piece of cold roast chicken, with a green salad with diced Avocado and Feta Cheese.

                    Tonight was Spinach Lasagna, from Linda's site. Tomorrow is beef kebabs on the bbq!
