Hello everyone. I've been on lowcarbs for 6 weeks. Lately i've been feeling sick to my stomach with certain foods. The other day i had a few rib tips wbbq sauce and I felt sick. Today again i felt sick with salsa and a few tortilla chips. Inbetween days I felt a lil nauses. I'm not pregnant because i just had AF a week ago. Is this feeling normal? Is it the carbs making me feel sick? Other times i was on atkins i dont remember feeling this way. I have no eneregy and my appetite has gotten smaller.
PS)what are the signs of abnormal thyroid? I have an appt on Sat but would like to see if the no energy, fatigue and nauses is thyroid issues since i have pcos.
