  • Whats the menu for today y'all?

    I'm all axcited about my newly stocked kitchen yummies, so I can't wait to put them all to use!

    Breakfast- I'm having me a cup of chai tea with cream while I wait for my burger to cook. Weird combination right? I was never into traditional breakfast food, maybe once in a while I will have a craving for bacon or eggs, but this morning i'm making a hamburger patty, which im gonna cut up and put on top of a salad with lettuce, feta cheese, and mayo.

    Lunch- Hm... (random thought im watchin paulas home cooking and I totally forgot to get squash at the store, dangit!) I think I might cook up some shrimp, and mix it with some onions, mayo and bell peppers

    Dinner- I might try to make some tiliapia, i've never made it before, with a side salad.

    water water water!!

    p.s. I find that if you get the looong intact romaine lettuce leafs, they're really easy to put some turkey and cream cheese in, and roll up for a snack! ooh, i'm hungry now!

    I was just telling my husband how much I wanted fish. I love tilapia too!! I'm having a hard time trying to find it from Canada though, it's all from China (which I refuse to buy).

    menu for me was a simple one.

    coffee in thde morning w/half and half and 2 splenda
    chicken breast w/ mayo lettuce wrappers
    and I'm not sure what's on the menu for dinner yet.

    Oh, and WATER!!!!

      For breakfast I had ham slices dipped in mayo

      For Lunch I had meatloaf and cauliflower

        Breakfast was two boiled eggs and some pan fried ham and a cup of coffee w/splenda and cream

        Snack was celery sticks with pimento cheese

        Lunch was meatloaf and green beans

        Snack was cheddarbrat and cheese

        Supper will be fried chicken (skin-crust removed of course) and probably a salad.

        And water water water!!!!
        Drink more water!

          Breakfast for me was sausages and onions

          Snack a few bites of Doms Cheesecake

          Lunch Taco salad

          Dinner Hamburgers with onions and peppers and some smothered Cauliflower

            As if I couldn't get enough of the sodium/water retention that I can feel in my hands and other more personal places.....

            I had butter fried Reindeer Sausage again for breakfast and 2 cups of Jasmine Green Tea.

            I haven't eatne lunch yet- been busy but I am thinking about it currently.

            I really want to have Egg Plant Parmesan for dinner but the recipe I found is not very appetizing. I may have to kick it up a notch or two. If hubby comes home for dinner he will not eat it so I will make baked chicken and salad/mashed pots for him, steamed buttered cauliflower for me.

              Oh what a bad day to ask me!! Not one of my most balanced days. No wonder I'm not losing weight. I'm starving today and I've eaten so much. Must be pms-ing! LOL

                For Breakfast I had 3 scrambled eggs in butter
                Lunch was a steak and Broccoli with butter
                Dinner was from Wendy's Baconator Burger minus the bun with a side salad with Ranch dressing.

                    bfast: coffee w/ SF Hazelnut creamer (I know I know, I should eat)
                    lunch: taco salad made from last nights taco leftovers
