. Im Laurie and Im so happy to have you all here, very grateful. This is my second time doing Atkins and today is my third day in Induction. My start weight was 269. Its a great morning, still feel kind of lost with the plan but Im using fit day and reading DANDR. I got on the scales this morning, couldnt help it lol. I weigh 260. I made sure the scales were in the exact same place and kept stepping on and off, seeing if it could possibly be right. Same reading, over and over. Man this is a great day.




I'm glad to be going back home as I miss my bed, my cats & the cooler weather. I'll be glad to be back in my own little environment where I feel I have more control. Although I will miss my DD tremenously.

Yikes... it's from his cat, who pretty much lives in there with him. So I have to engage in Operation Flea Removal. Wish me luck!
