I thought I could use some support and also inspire others. Today I went to the fair, only comes once a year. My family was with me too. They had bbq, roasted corn, elephant ears, scones and lemon aid. I didn't have any. I even made the husband only get enough scones for him, not a bakers dozen. I think I can fight off the scones but it doesn't help they are in my house. It's amazing how you can feel on top of the world and "in the zone" thinking nothing can stop you until you see that fair food. Wow is the addiction strong. To all of you out there facing or who are going to face the fair .... you can do it! Don't take one bite. Not even one! You will be so proud.
