    Hi STAC'ers,

    I am thinking I can move up to rung #2 finally. Before I do I am going to browse through my copy of the book,(I haven't picked it up for a week or so) and I need tp refresh my memory.

    Any advice or input?

    My advice....ENJOY!! lol. I've been enjoying rung 2 for the past two weeks. I plan on moving to rung three tomorrow since it's my official weigh day.

      I love being able to eat more dairy. Basically, I stuck with cottage cheese most of the time, as I never could find decently-priced yogurt that is low in carbs (the greek kind, I guess).

      It's now a staple for me. I also play around with other cheeses, but always come back to good old knudsen's cottage cheese.
