You should do it. Best choice I ever made.
The first rung just involves eating more veggies - how hard is that? I added pumpkin which satisfies my sweet tooth, and now I have a ton of veggies all day long. As soon as I discovered that grated raw cauliflower is just like rice, I was in absolute heaven - imagine frying up some zuchini, mushrooms and red onion in olive oil, then adding a cup of grated cauliflower, turning it to high to really sear it, then back to low and sprinkling 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan on it and letting it just melt. What a yummy lunch or dinner!

I am a horrible veggie eater so trying and adding mew veggies is a big goal for me ........ I will finish this week with Cauliflower and do one more week with something else and see how it goes before I call it official I
