    Linda we're neighbors! Kind of ......... where in NY are you??? I'm in Vermont and loving this gorgeous weather as well!

    I am trying to get my butt remotivated on my Elipitcal this week I was doing 30 min every weekday evening taking weekends off and then also doing Tues and Thurs am as I was running mwf am ........ but lately if I find two nights a week on it I am lucky and I am guessing that might be the reson for my loss slowing down to a hault! So back on track as of today ......... I bought new excercise pants and shirt this morning that are fairly tight ....... yep they show every bump roll ect ........ but I am the only one seeing me in them and hopefully can use them as a key to seeing my loss when the scale doesn't cooperate

    Just have to say one more time how logging on here everyday and reading everyones daily posts just keeps me going ........ days when I feel blah someone has something uplifting to add ........ days when I feel sluggish someone posts a motivation ........ days when I feel like caving someone posts about being strong and making it through ....... and days when I feel alone someone posts and lets me know I'm not! Thank-you everyone for being here!!!!!! Your an inspiration daily even when you might not know you are!

        Good afternoon everyone!

        As of today I have been back on Atkins for two whole weeks (cheat free!). I was very disappointed when I weighed this morning - I've only lost one pound during the past week. That makes a total of 6 pounds lost during my first two weeks. I'm definitely NOT moving to OWL yet! I've decided to keep the scale out so I can weigh daily and hopefully figure out what's preventing me from losing.

        I'm trying to stay positive today.

          Hi everyone,,, it was a looooooooooooooooong day of studying for me today.

          kristenxo, I didn't lose a lot on the second week either and I was cheat free too. Ive learnt this time round that staying on an extended inducton might not neccessarily be the way to go. Last time I stayed on inducton for 3 months!! This time I moved onto Owl quickly and am spending 2-3 weeks on each rung.
