If I remember correctly, the first time around I experienced almost no side effects, had an extremely successful induction, no problems with energy, sleeping, etc.
This time, I'm now on day 5 and the last four days have been awful. I've had no energy at all, my joints and muscles ache and I'm constantly flushed and sweating. When I wake up in the middle of the night, it takes me some time to figure out exactly where I am and my perceptions are heavily muted. My ability to concentrated both during and outside of work also seem slightly affected.
Now, just to be clear, I am a good boy and very familiar with the diet.
I maintain the proper carb to fat to protein ratio, drink LOTS of water, take potassium supplements in addition to a multi and fortify my greens with lots of spinach and other nutrient-enriched veggies. Can anyone think of anything else this might be attributed to? This is very discouraging and I'm supposed to train someone next week to replace me for my current job as well as interviewing with several companies over the next few days/weeks. I can't imagine being up to these challenges the way I feel right now.
