Just popping in to complain about induction flu. Seem like it's so much worse this time around. Constant headache, muscle pain and extreme fatigue. I know this will not last forever, just came in to ***** and to say I am back...gotta go update my stats.

    Re: Induction flu blues

I feel for ya, babe. Just hang in there. You know what to do, of course, but rest assured, we're here for you.

Drink a ton of water - make tea, if you feel achey. Start your day with ibuprofin, by golly, don't wait for the pain to hit!

Nap, nap, nap (darned full-time jobs make that difficult, I know, but......).

If we could be placed into a medically-induced coma for the first four days of induction, wouldn't we be happier? Ah, well.
    Start date: 7/29/2007

Tape Measure: I've lost 42.5 inches as of 3/15/2008

    Mini goals:
    215 - met 9/10/07
    205 - met 10/17/07
    195 - met 2/20/08
    180

    I survived a two-month stall!

YOU CAN DO IT. I know it stinks right now but it'll all be worth it when you get over the pain. Take a pain killer and drink up all your water. Oh, don't forget your vitamin!! That's important.

Exercise helps too-it releases feel good endorphines that lift your mood.

Hang in there! It sounds ickey. There is a great pay off for suffering it though.Maybe a hot bath could help? I'm thankful to have never gotten it.
