Ok, folks, if you want to set some goals for the month, here's the place to do it. Then, during the month, periodically pop in and post an update about how you are doing.
By October 31, 2007, I will have:
1. Run 24 miles
2. Begun to do my yoga tape a minimum of 2 days a week
3. Drunk 64 oz of water at least 4 days out of 7
