  • What do you guys think?

    I really hate stepping back down the rungs but I'm not sure what else is left to do. Tomorrow is my weigh day and I've stayed the same since my last measurement and weight check when I bought my new scale.

    I think it's safe to say I'm stalled and on what I'm not sure--it has to be something in dairy. Maybe the yogurt--probably the yogurt, but I've also added keifer (a yogurt drink) and different cheese including ricotta.

    So I'm thinking of going back to 1 until I start losing again and then back to dairy for a second try.

    What do you guys think? I never had this much trouble with dairy last time.

    Not sure. Maybe it is the yogurt. I don't have a yogurt habbit. Maybe you should stop eating yogurt only for 1 week and then check? How often are you eating it? I have a friend who does the keifer thing but she has been at goal for a long time.

    I wish I was more help.

      Yep, I'd go back to rung 1. It's probably the safest thing to do at this point.

      Then, when you go up to dairy again, stick with something besides yogurt and yogurt-based foods for the first week or so. I've not had any problems with cottage cheese, but several people have reported lately that yogurt is causing them stalls.

        Thanks for the thoughts guys.

        I'm only eating a couple tablespoons a day of the yogurt and a drink about every week. I found a great splenda sweetened one called light and fit--maybe it's the dreaded Splenda stall.... I also have two Splenda with my morning java.

        I think I'll take your advice evermind and step back a rung. Then, when things get moving again, I'll jump back to rung 2 leaving out the yogurt and see what happens.
