I really hate stepping back down the rungs but I'm not sure what else is left to do.
Tomorrow is my weigh day and I've stayed the same since my last measurement and weight check when I bought my new scale.
I think it's safe to say I'm stalled and on what I'm not sure--it has to be something in dairy. Maybe the yogurt--probably the yogurt, but I've also added keifer (a yogurt drink) and different cheese including ricotta.
So I'm thinking of going back to 1 until I start losing again and then back to dairy for a second try.
What do you guys think? I never had this much trouble with dairy last time.
