After what seems like an ETERNITY, I've FINALLY dropped a half pound!!



I just want to thank all of you guys who encouraged me to keep at it because I was really faltering there in the middle--doubt is a killer!

I'm doing my happy dance--who's dancing with me????

Yeah girl, you keep up the good work the focus and the determination regardless of ay thing else, keep up that determination, and create a lifestyle, the weight will come off if you don't abandon the plan.
