  • Something fun to give yourself

    We all love to have a routine - some of us rely on them. They are great. The danger, however, is that the routine will turn into a RUT. Ruts are NOT great. Ruts lead to boredom and boredom leads to falling off the wagon.

    So here's something you can easily do on the computer to give yourself something new to try.

    Go to www.fitnessmagazine.com. It's free to register, and they have workout videos for FREE that you download onto your computer.

    They have a lot of different ones, include a whole set of individual workouts for different parts of your body, so if all you want to work on is your butt - you've got it right there!

    They also have workout music to download onto your mp3 player.

    All free. All fun to try.
