    Need BEST Pumpkin Pie/Cheesecake Recipe

    Hey Guys,

    My birthday is coming up, and I want to serve a legal dessert. Since it is Fall, I want to incorporate Pumpkin. There seem to be a million pumpkin pie/cheesecake recipes floating around, and for me to cook is a BIG deal, so I only want to try this once!! What is your favorite one?

    I have stayed FAR, FAR away from even 'legal' desserts this whole time, because I know it kicks off cravings for me, but for this special occassion, I am going to treat myself!

    Here is a link to Scooter's Low Carb New York Pumpkin Cheesecake. I have never made it myself, but I have heard good things about it and I intend to try it for Thanksgiving.

                My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE cheese cake is the on induction friendly one on Linda's Low Carb site... It's sooooooo delish!
                I'm in OWL so I make a nut crust, I like it best with an all Almond crust mixed with butter, splenda and cinnamon...
                Mmm seriously, I just love this cheese cake it's my fav.
                Next time I make it I'm going to try adding in berries.... Mmmmm

                I haven't many things with pumpkin since I don't love it the way I love cheesecake.

                Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
