I ate 2 sausages wrapped in a low carb tortilla. The sausages only had 1 carb ea. but the tortillas are 4 a piece. My dilema is that i am stil on induction...day 5 to be exact. Have I royally screwed up? I have not cheated and have been very strict...so I am not sure if this is cheating. I did stay within my carb intake for the day. But I just did not do it with vegetables. Is this way wrong, and do I have to start all over from day 1 again? Please help. I have read the book, but I am just not sure how bad this is.

It's cheating because you ate something that is not permitted in the induction phase - flour.
You can probably just keep going - maybe add one or two additional days of induction before proceeding to the OWL rungs.
Just keep on walking the walk........

Yep what she said ............ I just wanted to add that tomorrow you may have to have some added will power as when you stray from induction foods it creates in you a desire for more till you get past that again ........If you ever wonder if your allowed something on induction just go tot he allowed foods list .......... don't try and "fit" something into your carb count only eat food directly from this list.
Pick yourself up dust yourself off and begin again!

I totally agree with Jess. Don't freak yourself out and reststart induction all over again. You should always be moving toward your goal on Atkins because staying too long on extended induction could spell trouble in the future.
Exercise, keep up your water, get in your vitamin, and you'll do great.

You know, I believe I already new the answer, but I guess I just wanted someone to tell me I was wrong. Goes to show you I need not to second guess myself when I am doing something. I almost did not eat those darn tortillas cause deep down inside I new it was wrong. But then I "tried" to justify it by saying it was within my carb count. Well thanks all of you...I will do better and I will add a couple of extra days to my induction to make up for what I probably messed up.

You have to stick to the induction accepted foods list during induction. Just because something states low carb doesn't mean it is acceptable on the induction phase of atkins. Also to add please do not eat the low carb goodie bars or shakes while on induction. Stick to the accepted foods list for now to have a clean induction. You can add the other stuff in later.
Just start induction over today!
You can do it!!!
