Ok, I did this WOE back before the baby and it was so great. Lost 60 lbs. Well since he was born. I have fell off over and over. I have tried to figure out why. My tastebuds have changed. I can't tolerate salads but maybe 1 time per week. I gag!!!!. I don't know why. I loved them before. So, is there a thread anywhere that gives what some of you are eating on a day to day basis? Maybe we can do the WFD, WFL, WFB post or something. I have 3 boys and a husband that don't eat low carb. They have very high metabolisms and my hubby loses very easily and is already underweight. So I have to cook both. I had the willpower before and have to do it again. My health is suffering. So, please direct me ok. I have read the book and am reading it again!! I know the key points. I just need some food ideas. Breakfast is my enemy. I hate eggs. I can't stand them. I can tolerate bacon once in a while. Well, off to church. Thanks in advance
