I must say you are all depressing me. Not a good thing because my Seasonal Affective Disorder is beginning to kick in. I am very saddened by the fact so many of you are beating yourselves up because you went off the wagon over the weekend. So you were human and ate a slice of bread. You ate a twinky or you ate 25 carbs when you wanted to eat only 20 carbs. Guess what ! You are human. Move on. Get back in the groove and stop beating yourselves up.
I am still in induction and yesterday I made Faux potaoes. They tasted great and I ate a second portion which put me over on carbs for the day. So what! Somedays I eat less than 20 carbs but I don't beat myself up about it. It all averages out in the end and when I weigh at the end of the week I still lost 2 pounds.
Come on people love yourselves and forgive yourselves and try to stick to your plan
but end the guilt trips. They are counter productive. I love you guys.
