Off to aerobics today...and some errands...

Weather here is crazy its going to be 95 today!

Great going on the 15 min walk Huggija...watch out it could become addictive!

4 lbs Sandy is awesome!!

Back to work for me this morning, after 4 days off..desk will be piled Im sure...need to get ready for 2 loan closings this week..should be a busy week for me..hate being idle..all's good!

still hovering around 160-161..the 159's woud be nice! I am determined to see that this week!

Good morning! I had to flip a coin to see which roll call thread to respond to.

Yesterday we had a staff meeting that lasted so long, by the time we got home, I was DEAD. (we live about 45 min away from my school) Sinus headache. So I never made it to the gym, and I'm bummed. But today is a brand new day. That's what I love about going to bed at night. When you wake up - completely new!

So, I have lunches packed, I've taken my supplements, and I'm enjoying my cup of coffee with y'all. Today will be a good day. I'm bringing decaf tea bags to school for a hot drink if I want one. I've got a yummy lunch. And I'm going to the gym in the evening before I pick up dh from his job.

Sandy - SOOOOO proud of your cheat-free days. I know how long you've struggled to get to this point, and I'm glad your ticker is rewarding you. Keep it up!

Good Morning STAC'ers!

Well the pity party is over. I feel a little better and more rested this AM. Evermind I hope you don't develope the flue. My sinus's are a little painfull. Along with my head, arms, back, throat, nose..... Needless to say I haven't had any physical activity since Saturday.

Yes it is colder today '17 this morning! You got to love Alaska in the fall....LOL I just dropped my daughter off at the bus stop and she wants a thinner coat- instead of the down coat she has from last year... "it's too puffy"

I was tryign to explain to her that it will get really cold (like -20 and she will want a warmer coat).... Teenagers

Great Job Sandy! It seems the woosh fairy came a visiting

Hello everyone. Congratulations to all of you who are losing so many pounds. It looks as if this time on Atkins I will be losing much slower than previously. At least I keep losing something each week so its progress even if its barely perceptable. It looks as if it is going to be a rough week at work for me. I do not look forward to going at all. It seems all I can think about is staying home or quiting my job. I need a long weekend away from my job but mandatory overtime looms until the first of the year. I am saving my last 4 days of vacation for when my daughters twins are born. I had better go. I need to cut up my snacks and pack a lunch for work. Everyone have a great day!!

Back from the doc for my toe preop and the news is that I will be 10 days on cruches and then a week at minimum in a post surgical boot. so no excercise for 17 days!!!! I think I may still be able to get my crunches in ?? not sure but I will try but I had to lower my goals for th emonth or possibly drop out of challenges depending on the rules about changing your goal ......... kind of frustrated with it but I have to do whatever it takes to get my dang toe fixed so I can get on with all my goals .......... UGH

Anyways it's just a little blip in the plan!
