So, I've been having an issue with dates---not going out on dates, the food called dates.
DH brought home a huge box and I ate one.
One led to two.
Two went on to three.
Ok, you all get the picture.
Three led to a binge.
Bet you all didn't see that coming. lol. Yesterday I managed to eat a piece of apple pie that left me gassy (sorry to gross you all out this early) and even worse. I then went on to destroy TWO cans of Pepsi--not diet.
I paid for it. Yesterday and today I've had the worst headache anyone can imagine. I'm trying to stay away from the pain relief (Tylenol) because I want to remember how awful I feel, lol.
I feel like I would imagine an alcoholic might feel after overdoing it the night before--hangover. I can hardly see straight the pain is so bad and the gas is truly terrible--again, sorry to be graphic.
So today I lick my wounds and carry on. It won't be easy since I am having terrible cravings--but that's why I'm keeping my laptop open to ADBB!! lol. Having people to talk to helps--you all know that already.
No feeling sorry for me please. I'm not feeling badly that I did what I did, I'm just owning it and moving on. It's not going to be the last time something like this happens because it's a looong life (hopefully) and we have many lessons to learn if we are to adopt a whole new WOE.
Nothing but loads of water for me today along with my regular meals and exercise--it might make my head feel better to move. It's worth a try.
