Hi all. I'm back. I lost 30 lbs a yr ago on the plan but got busy with a new job and life and forgot to take care of myself.I went from my low of 240 back up to 289.Needless to say I'm not happy and this time ended up with a foot problem due to the the weight.So....It's got to come off and stay off this time. My starting weight three weeks ago was 289 ,it went down to 274.6 but suddenly bounced back up to 281(so depressing). I had been on a low cal low carb diet but now its time to get serious! I'm so mad at myself for letting this happen.
