I am so in for this one, I could really use some pampering right now. I think I'll ask my husband to give me a massage when he gets home from work tonight. And a nice long bubble bath with candles sounds divine.

I failed at this last time. Does it count that I went to bed early last night and slept in late this morning? It seemed like a luxury to me!

I think that counts, Sheepie! It was a nice thing you did for yourself, right? Not a punishment, lol

I just ordered a MP3 player & a new workout outfit! I know listening to music will make the treadmill time more pleasant & also help me keep a steady pace!Plus I chose the fun color...FUSCHIA. I don't have any workout clothes per say & none that match!

I'm in. Think I'll sleep in tomorrow and take my time reading the paper rather than starting in on housework as soon as I get up.

                        What I did:

I set aside extra time yesterday for a full and deep workout (I've been feeling like I have to rush thru things lately). Then I took a shower and used a scrub to exfolliate my entire body. Then, I slathered myself with oil, put gobs of color-enhancing deep conditioner on my hair, smeared a face masque on, and grabbed my mp3 player for 10 minutes of sauna time. I lay on the bench and listened to ballet music (very soothing and uplifting) and thought about nothingness.

I felt refreshed, relaxed, and empty when I got out, and my was super-smooth and soft. This morning, my hair is so shiny I'll bet you could see yourself in it!

i did not make it this weekend but BF stepped up to the plate. i woke up yesterday to breakfast in bed and he had taken the dogs for a walk and did it last night too. (it was freezing cold and raining all day and he knows how i detest cold) So i know it doesn't count but at least someone is taking care of me

I'm not sure this counts! LOL

On Saturday I helped my folks move and when I came home I cleaned house, did laundry and then... I took some time to sit down, relax and skim the TV shows and catch up on some magazines... My weekends are usually so full, work most of the time so it was nice for me to actually be able to sit for a change!

Yesterday I had to work and then attend a birthday party for my grand niece who turned 6 so by the time I got home it was 6:30... I did make myself sit down after preparing some meals for the week for about 30 minutes and went through the Sunday paper..
