  • does anyone have a problem with feeling full all day

I don't know why, but I feel full all day long. On wednesday...I did not eat until 8:00pm and that is only because my kids were hungry. I felt so full all day from the time I woke up until the time I went to bed. I was so busy that I did not even stop to eat. I know that is bad, and it will not happen again. But do you ever feel full all day and have to make yourself eat? Is this normal? I haven't weighed myself yet...but I will on the 15th for the Christmas challenge. Do you think that one day of not eating will have made me gain? I did remember to drink water all day on Wednesday cause I was so thirsty. Maybe I drank too much water?!(heehee)

When i first tried Atkins i actually had to set reminders to eat because i would forget. This time around my appetite is a little better but i still forget sometimes. You won't gain from one day of not eating. You do need to make sure it does not happen again.

Yep I have the same problem occasionally I get up and am not hungry so I get busy in my day and all of the sudden it's 3 -3 oclock in the afternoon and I haven't taken a bite of anything yet ......... I'm pretty sure it's from being in Ketosis ........ it's important to remmeber to eat at least every six hours starting in the AM ........ I often think there are worse issues ot have them not being hungry huh???? LOL

Yep. I have to pack tiny meals to eat frequently, because I'm rarely hungry. I have to schedule time in my day to eat, or I won't.

That's the beauty of ketosis. It's much worse to have to restrict yourself!

Gee, I wish I had that problem.
