    Hi everyone. Its a cold but beautiful sun shinny morning here in NY. I slept in a bit this morning cause it was so cold I couldn't fall asleep last night. I finally got up got a second heavy blanket. This morning is very cool but we already had several pumpkin sales and the extra 7 roosters are off to freezer camp. Soon I will be off to work . I am the only one in my department that has overtime today. I will have to help another department that is behind. I packed a salad with gorganzola cheese 5 cherry tomatoes and 5 olives for lunch and two string cheese for break time. Funny how they fill me up. I found a delicious 2 carb salad dressing . It is made with organic veggies and has chipolte roasted peppers in it . It really perks up a salad. The string cheese tastes good dipped in it too. I was getting tired of the same old italian dressing.

    We have a ton of jalepenos in the garden. I want to try the baked jalepenos with sausage and cream cheese filling. They sound really good.

      Good Morning...
      Tried to sleep in this morning as I need some extra rest but my body won't let me sleep extra....(frustrating!)
      legs are sore, brain is tired, feeling overwhelmed with last minute details...
      working this afternoon too.
      not eating enough veggies I think... my legs started shaking and I felt very nauseous at last nights game... partly due to nervous energy and partly due to having used up all my immediate stores and partly due to cold... the hotdog/no bun was only food I could eat. Really dumb of me not to bring snacks. Only had thermos of hot tea, but that kept me warm... well, live and learn! Definately taking cashews with me on the plane and some hard boiled eggs for before I go through security.
      Well, gotta get ready for work now! It's always something!
