You stumbled. You didn't blow it. Blowing it is eating the bitesize heath bars, then because you did that eating a whole bag of doritoes and then deciding to eat whatever you want all day today and tomorrow and maybe get back on track Tuesday...or next week. You're focused back on track today and you will do great! Today IS a new day!
