    Hi all. Just wanted to share my results after my first week on induction. I couldn't believe it when I stood on the scale this morning - I had lost 5.5 pounds! That is really good for me, because I usually lose tiny amounts. I also lost 3 inches. Although I know the losses will definitely slow down, it definitely is a great motivator when you see the scale move for the first time. Hope you all have a successful week!

              Fabulous! The pounds are great - but the INCHES are fantastic, because they are the things that show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                    Great results!! The inches are what really motivate me! Reminds me to check mine tonight, was going to remeasure after two weeks!
