  • A little OWL help!

    Ok so I am just starting my 2nd week of induction but I would like to have my ducks in a row before I move on to the rungs. So I think I have finally figured out how to work the rungs to find my CCLL but my question is, once I figure it out that say my CCLL is 45 (just an example) do I have to get my carbs from specific rungs or can I pick any rung as long as I stay under my 45 carbs? Any insight on this would be great!

    you would still move up the rungs as normal just sticking with your 45 net carbs

      You will move up the rungs at any rate you like while you are finding your ccl.

      After that, you get to pick what makes up your carb count.
      Start date: 7/29/2007

      Scale: SW:235 CW:193
      GW:150

      Tape Measure: I've lost 42.5 inches as of 3/15/2008

      Mini goals:
      215 - met 9/10/07
      205 - met 10/17/07
      195 - met 2/20/08
