      Good morning,
      I went to this gym last night and burn 375 kcal from 3.5 miles on the eliptical..WOOoo..
      I go that heart rate up to 145 on average. 360 crunches, upper body, lats, rowing machine...and summing it all up was I released my stress for the day and dropped a pound this AM...so I am somewhat back on track ...

      Bread...When you are off the induction you can begin to incorporate carbs slowly and there is thi s bread that you can order online....It has 6 net carbs/slice and I have two slices in the AM..It's actually not nasty..My DH even eats it and he's not a low-carber..

        Hello everyone. After reading all your posts about how successful you have all been , I just hope and pray that I can be as successful as all of you. Three years ago my husband and I began Atkins and we each lost about 55 pounds. It only took a year for us to gain nearly all the weight back. Our down fall was a devestating flood that pretty much destroyed our farm. It took us a year of struggling to decide we needed to get back on track with Atkins. As I said I hope we are able to get back on track and make the Atkins way of life our own this time. Right now I just try to live one day at a time, the Atkins way.

          Good Morning STAC'ers,

          It is awesome how you are loosing! All of us are doing so well

          My body seems to hover at a weight for about a week or 2 then it seems to flush a couple all of the sudden.

          Sandy you are on a loosing streak Congrats!

          I will be going to the market and getting some plane food. I was told we can bring our own snacks- just no liquid. Plan Plan Plan! I have to be prepared.

          Yesterday was a good work out day. My husband stayed home to get a few things done so we went to the gym at noon- BIG mistake, the place was packed with the silver streakers (older group that has fitness training). I managed to snag an elliptical after waiting for a few minutes- but my legs were just dead weight. So as soon as a Tread Mill opened I switched. I ended up getting about 30 minutes of aerobic (20 on the mill walking as fast as I could) then I lifted for another 30 minutes. I added another set to each of my lifts and more weight. I was feeling very strong when I finished

          Did I tell you guys that the cellulite on my upper arms disappeared! I noticed this last weak. Huge for me.

            Reading everyones comments really helped me today, I've been so bad the past few days and really struggling to get back on track, I think I just thought since I've lost 13lbs in 3 weeks that cheating a few days wouldnt change much..but it has.. I've gained 3 back and really want to reach my goal of 15lbs by halloween..last night I felt HORRIBLE my stomach was killing me I had cramps and felt so bloated and disgusting.. I have to get back on track..I've done good today so far so I just gotta stick to it! I did go to the grocery store last night and bought some more meats so I've gotta make food tonight that will last me the rest of the work week so I dont cheat..I did do one of those blood pressure things they have at the grocery store and my heart rate and everything else was a lot lower then it used to be, I'm in the normal range now..I used to be way over so that defintely made a light go off in my head..I really want to do this! And I know I can!

              Hard to believe its afternoon already I usally try to catch up on the board and post in the morning but this morning we went to the gym in another close by city. For the most part I like the gym we go here better but we did decided to visit the library there and woohoo they had the book cooking stella style which of course left with me lol. I am going to look through it and find one new recipe to try tommorow night. Hubby and I don't usally eat dinner toghter but tommorow night I think I'll make that new dish throw a few candles on the table and have a relaxing dinner toghter. Well even though I already went to the gym I still need to log some more time on the treadmill and get my squats and crunches in. After reading a few of the posts today about cravings I don't know what everyone else does but I try to find alternatives for the times I just can't ingore a craving. Like I have a recipe for a great low carb pizza, my all time favorite candy is rasinettes which obviously I shouldn't have so I found a recipie from george stella for chocolate coated frozen blueberries. I never feel like I can't have something I just try to find a more acceptable alternative. Cravings just don't have the hold over me anymore they used to.

                Happy Tuesday folks!

                I am just getting my wheels spinning again after quite the hiatus ... and many added pounds ={

                Making the food modifications to induction is easy .. getting out there and exercising at 5am ... really really difficult to get going.

                I know from the first time around .. exercise makes a HUGE Difference in the amount of weight I lose.

                I was skimming through the posts from the past day or so .. Congrats to everyone on thier achievments !!

                      Well I didn't have time to check in this morning and pretty soon I'll be out the door again! So I just wanted to pop in and say hello fellow STACers! I'm nursing a pretty bad headache from the induction flu but usually by day 3 or 4 I start to feel better. Can't wait! I really want to start exercising again too and go back to my yoga class Friday that I've skipped for a month! YIKES! I just love all the support and reading these posts! Ding dang y'all are wonderful!

                        Better late than never huh!! First of all, Sandy you look GREAT!! I love the new picture. I can really tell a difference! I am doing good but have had some struggles with cravings. The holidays will be pretty hard on me. Yesterday I eyeballed my sons crispy treat. I even picked up the package and read the back. 17 carbs... I threw it up in the cabinet. Shopping has been hadr on me. Everywhere you look there is candy and treats... My downfall. However I am strong and can beat this. Other than that, doing good, feeling good.

                          HI Angela...Thank you I don't see the weight loss in myself.. I mean I do and I don't.. my clothes are loose.. I still can't get into other clothes..and its frustrating.. I keep telling myself a few more lbs..I can do it..
